Buying from Amazon

I'm trying to order a Kindle cover and when I get to check out stage, the system tells me that the cover cannot be shipped to my address. It's the same address that I gave Amazon for the Kindle.
Is there some sort of restriction in terms of what it is that I order or perhaps the rand value?
