Hi all,
Following on from a post by kamikaze in the general heads-up thread (http://www.avforums.co.za/index.php/topic,8971.msg586066.html#msg586066) in which he cautioned on a common problem on Sennheiser HD595's being that they are prone to cracking where the ear cups join up with the headband. This made me think that there must be a wealth of information among forum members on what to look out for when buying cans 2nd hand.
So the idea of this thread is to build a resource for prospective buyers on the do's and don'ts of buying used headphones. Proposed format maybe something like this:
Make:
Model:
Years affected:
Problem:
Fix:
As a head-fi virgin I have absolutely zero to contribute ... so over to you experts ...
