So freaking out a little bit trying to figure out what's a fair price to put down. I really wish there was a set price so I didn't have to worry about this - did I screw myself? am I offering too little? Any wise words would be most appreciated.
On an audio-related note, I can't wait to move to a place with solid floor for the audio system so I can add a turntable (My King of Limbs 2x vinyl arrived yesterday, woohoo!)
