Hi All
I have an aftermarket cable for one of my headphones. Unfortunately it is finished with Techflex and is thus quite microphonic. I was wondering if there was a way to fix this either by removing and replacing the techflex, or covering it in an additional layer of non-microphonic material (e.g., cotton)? Given the rigidity of the Techflex I suspect removing/replacing would be the most effective.
Is this possible and can anyone perhaps assist with this? Might it cause an issue with the cable itself?
Cheers!
