Hi All , I am in need of some serious help.
I've got this track stuck in my head and I'm going to go insane unless I can name it, download it, listen to it and lay it to rest.
It's an instrumental, and musically it's VERY similar to Fleetwood Mac's 'Albatross' - a slow, bluesy, sad, wailing guitar type of song. In fact at first I though it WAS Fleetwood Mac but I only thought that because Albatross is so similar.
I'm thinking maybe someone like Jeff Beck could have done it, but I couldn't find it after looking for 5+ hours in the iTunes store.
If anyone has any idea what song this could please help and put me out of my misery - in all I've spent probably 20 man-hours trying to remember/research/figure out what the name of the track is. I've also gone through dozens of soundtrack albums, 'coz it's definitely been used in more than one movie, but nothing. I even spent an hour humming the melody into Soundhound (like a fool) but that didn't turn anything up either.
I'm not musically trained, but the basic tune goes like this :
daaaaa-da , da-da-da-da-da daaaa-da , etc.
I'm dying here. Save a fellow music lover from madness.
