So I decided to buy a pair of these (R79) since the other brands are too expensive, anyway these looked better between the rest. Packaged in a hard plastic box, these headphones comes with three different-sized silicon buds which can be removed to fit your comfort. The headphones itself is made from aluminum, the wires are covered with flexible non-stick rubber and also has a adjustable aluminum sleeve. At the end we have a standard 3.5mm slimline Stereo Jack, also made from aluminum.
My thoughts: I primarily bought them because I wanted better headphones than those that came with my Samsung GT-C3303 Champ. The Canyon sounds really sharp, sometimes tinny. There are somewhat low frequencies, but you have to press the 'phones deep into your ears to hear them. They do sound better than the Champ but they are unable to beat those that came with the Samsung U800 Soul B made from a similar design. They sound more powerful and broader on my Blaupunkt.
Canyon CNR-EP08N Specifications:
The packaging says 16Ω and the website says 32Ω. So I tested it with a multimeter and found its really 24Ω without taking probe impedance into account. The probes are 0.4Ω.
Frequency Response: 20Hz - 20,000Hz
Sensitivity: 104 dB

Is there anyone out there that owns other Canyon products?
