On Monday I took my car in to have a rear window replaced and zipper installed. Today they called me to tell me come collect the car. I get there, the car is standing outside, getting hot and dirty. (The car was nice and clean when I drove it there.)

I get into the car, the car won't start. I see there's no fuel in the car. I left it there with enough fuel, the needle just touched reserve. I ask them for petrol and 5L later, still no luck. The car still refuses to start. Eventually they had a mechanic from another business come over there to see if he can get the car started. Nothing! The mechanic is now going to look at the car tomorrow to see what's wrong.

Now, where do I stand with this issue? Car in, working fine. When I collect, car dead...
