Did anybody watched the latest NCap findings that was broadcast yesterday on Carte Blanche, quite shocking to see how bad most cars perform versus the manufacturers statements. The Nissan Hard Body ( Soft Body ) scored 0 in NCap ratings and is the most unsafe car on the road !!
So what is the legal matters around this, say you bought a house and after a few years you find out from and structural engineer that your house is not build according to all safety standards and not safe to live in. Can you go back to the bank and tell them they must refund or supply you with another house because this is not what was said when I bought the place, if this is the case then you can take your car back to the bank or car dealer and say they sold you an unsafe vehicle ?
