Cartridge loading values

I need to configure the switches for the Dulcet and and need the loading values most commonly used for the MC and MM

I have a six pole switch each for both resistive and capacitive loading and need 5 positions filled.
can anyone please help me with the values required.

most obvious resistor values
100R
1K
47K

and then for the cap loadings
100nf
100pf
150pf
