I have a problem with cats causing false alarms. More specifically our neighbour has a problem with one of our cats tripping his alarm. Not just any cat ... my wife and daughter's darling real-life Garfield ginger.
The neighbour is not exactly reasonable (he also accuses the poor kitty of shitting on his roof ? witness the white stripes) and said ?he will do what he has to on his property to manage the situation.? If something was to happen to the cat my wife and daughter will lend up in the looney bin, so it needs to be resolved quickly. We keep the cats inside at night, and there are false alarms then as well. So clearly there are more than one problem here. However in the interest of good neighbourship I offered to pay for an alarm tech to come out and make adjustments as required, and even for new sensors if required. What else can I do?
