Cellphone upgrade

So time for the cellphone upgrade and have been looking at the 3 options below. I have currently been using the iPhone 5S and the only issue I have with the Apple architecture is the fact that sharing file with other operating systems. Use the phone for e-mails, photos and calls.

Samsung S6
Sony Xperia Z5 premium
Apple iPhone 6S

Or I could wait a couple of Months and see what Samsung's new offering will be with the S7

What do the rest suggest.
