My wife and I decided to start farming our cherry farm ourselves this season. We produced our first half ton (509Kg to be exact) last week Wednesday. As far as we can find out, these were the first cherries on the market this year. We got a whopping R160.00 a kilo. We are now harvesting between 1.5 and two tons a day.
I just had to share with you guys.
