I registered for the service on 5th November and was "approved" on 9th

However, I was told that I need to tell council when I wanted to renew, since despite registering for eservices, completing the motor vehicle section and inserting the two cars CA numbers, I still need to notify them again that I want to renew.  The instruction is to do it 2 weeks ahead of expiry date

Since both licences run to 31-12-2015 I applied on 14th December.  Nothing happened.  I called them 3 times asking for the reference number needed to accompany my payment.  Today I received an email giving the reference number and telling me I must pay before 15th Jan, which was nearly 2 weeks back.  On calling them to ask WTF, I was told to visit my local office and pay there, no apology for their error.  Looking in at 3.15 showed a queue with at least 40 people in it and the security would not let me in since they would not finish on time before the office closes he says.  He says I must come back at 6.30 tomorrow

No chance of any overtime work there is there?  Heaven forbid they might get home late and miss their TV soapie

So paid via EFT now and who knows when the licences discs will come
