I recently sold my shares in a small company to the remaining 2 partners but need to get the details updated CIPC so I can have my access to the bank account removed and the issued wrapped up.
Does anyone know what the procedure is? I have emailed CIPC, called them and been put on hold for ages.
I assume I need to get the partner shares updated with me being removed and them being 50/50.
