After a fairly quiet period, we've begun seeing an increase in the number of prizes going missing that are posted to street addresses. These are prizes that have been posted both by ourselves as well as various music companies, so the prizes are definitely going out from our side.
Regrettably, neither ourselves nor the music companies can guarantee safe delivery to street addresses, and wherever possible you are encouraged to supply a PO Box address when entering competitions.
We will assist where we are able to, but we encourage those who have lost out on prizes to take the issue up with their local post office, to complain loudly and to insist that action be taken over the loss/theft that is taking place.
We're really sorry that this is happening, that some of our prize-winners are losing out, but once those prizes are handed over the post office counter we obviously no longer have any control over what happens.
