Do not know if this is the right section, know there used to be a thread in this regard, but I do not know if people see it, so, while the powers that be consider moving this to the correct area, can I complement Josh on brilliant service.
I bought a Optima HD26 projector last year from Josh, installed it to my ceiling and suffered through a noisy fan for almost half a year, before starting to build a hushbox to quiet it a bit. In the process Martin listened to it (thanks for the wood for the box Martin) and remarked that there is definitely something wrong.
So, after a quick pm Josh didn't ask any questions, neither asked any proof, he just wanted to sort it out. He immediately offered to either replace it or provide me with a loan unit while being sorted out. He offered me a brand new HD26LV as a straight swop-out which I learned is actually a better and more expensive unit, yet he did not ask anything in return.
Without complaining he got into his car, met me halfway and swopped my noisy projector for a gloriously quiet projector.
Thanks Josh. This glass of wine is for you. You went well out of your way to assist me, a service far better than I have experienced from any of other retailers I have used in the last few years. I will definitely buy something from you again, and can recommend anyone to do business with you.
