I bought my credit report a few weeks ago from www.credithealth.co.za which contains the four major bureaus.
There was no issue with 3 - but I noticed that Compuscan had a erroneous store account on my profile and the person happened to be a bad payer, effecting my rating. I contacted the store direct who acknowledged it was their error and they had the incorrect ID number. They issued an instruction to Compuscan (myself in copy) to remove the details from my profile ... and I thought all was over.
Now Compuscan refuse to comply with this instruction from the store and want certified forms and affidavits from me as they insist that is their process.
Surely though they are simply reporting on info received and HAVE to follow instruction from the store?
Anyone maybe work there or have a family member there?
