I'm currently the Projects Manager (Construction) on an Arts Exchange Village in Centurion.
Part of the scope of work is the construction of:
- 1000 seat Theatre - ballet, arts, rock/jazz/classical concerts and various other functions
- Dance & Ballet studios with associated acoustics
- Ditto but for Musical Classes; ie guitar, keybords, drums etc
- Full audio recording studio
- Full video recording studio
- Audio & Video fit-out of a full Gym
We are currently finished with the shell, and 1st fix finishes etc. Busy with finalising audio/video/aucoustic specs and then going to start with further construction.
I'm willing to take interersted parties through the site, to see and have insight in the whole proccess as it progress. I'm not in for free advertising or any of the other. And if AVSA wish to do an article on the whole thing? I'm willing to orginise that as well. No catches, no strings.
