I am looking for recommendations for software that will enable me to manage business prospects. Any suggestions?
It should be able to
1) Accept customer/prospect personal info input into database
2) Accept database importation (Excel)
3) Allow generation of mailing lists based on parametric commonalities (like "has enquired", "has bought product", "send new marketing information", "do not transact", etc.)
Ideally, it should be low-cost or free.
