Could something influence audio tempo perception?

This may sound very weird, but this afternoon I am finding the tempo a tad slow. Almost like an old cassette player with flat batteries. I was wondering why, maybe I am just imagining it. Surely digital files being played back from hard drive should only have one tempo. Further reading revealed this:

Now I am pretty fatigued after two nights of bad sleep, so maybe my brain is slowing things down.:thinking:
