I'm almost done upgrading my home theatre system and the only thing left to decide on is what subwoofer I should buy.
Up until this week I was convinced the B&W PV1 was the sub for me, it's been reviewed well by a number of publications and the wife love's its looks.
Originally I was planning on buying a lifestyle system, either the KEF KHT 3005 or the B&W MT-30 package. Instead I ended up using my old stereo speakers (a pair of KEF IQ3s) as my fronts, getting an IQ6c as my centre and a pair of KEF KHT3001 sats as my rears. Seeing as how the speakers I have ended up being larger than I originally intended I became concerned that the PV1 wouldn't be enough. Reading through various forums I've heard very unflattering things about this sub and now I'm at a loss as to what sub will appease both my wife and I. Any suggestions?
