So I called them asking what this was about. An officious lady said that unless I disposed of one of the dogs immediately, they would seize it and put it in a kennel. I gathered from the conversation that she had my property down as 108 sqm. So I quoted the erf number and invited her to verify the size. No, this has already been done she said, it is her job to enforce the law and prevent animals being kept in inhumane conditions. I said she had made a bad mistake and she hung up
