I've been using First Freight for about a year now, and insure most stuff. The response to my first claim, 2 1/2 weeks after submitting all the details is "We still working on it this could take months to get sorted out.We will get back to you as soon as we can".
Not surprising I replied that this is unacceptable. Anyone else have experience with claims and procedures? Am I the only one that thinks "months" is an absurd timeframe?
