Some practical ideas to consider:
1. No more gym- it nearly impossible to manage the risk of sweat droplets on equipment.
2. Do your own dishes at work.
3. Even if somebody has tested negative at work- walk out of the office- until that person has completed his isolation period.
4. Have enough food and toilet paper at home to last a month should you need to go into self isolation.
5. if possible -reduce your social interaction and work from home - even if work output suffers.
