Okay this may sound like a stupid question, I know what DAC stands for and it purpose.
But where exactly would one use it in a HT set-up or a stereo set-up.
I mean I have a Rotel RCD 1520 which already has a DAC in it, my Zepplin Air has a DAC in it, I play Apple Lossless format via Airplay.
Any links for a detailed explanation of the DAC and where it will benfit.
I am new to this AV world.
