Yesterday I bought myself Led Zeppelin's "Mothership" CD set from Look and Listen in Menlyn Park.
When I got home I removed the plastic wrap, popped disc one in the player and started listening. Near the few last tracks the disc started to skip. Rather annoyed I opened the player tray to inspect the disc. The surface was beautifully decorated with gashes and scratch marks.
Where did this happen? I suspect during the manufacturing process.
I did contact L&L and they offered me an exchange at the nearest L&L outlet.
Seems quality control is out the door...
