My first time for both and firstly - what an excellent venue with great sound. Sitting around tables like civilised people enjoying food, drink and music.
About Dan: have a couple of the great man's albums so already aware that he knows a thing or two about his instrument but was not quite prepared for the intensity of his live show. Stunning. And - he has apparently been touring with that other minor guitarist, Joe Satriani.
May great things happen for him, and may he remember that this is his place.
