Picked up the Mrs in Wynberg this afternoon and asked her why she didnt reply to my last message shortly after 5pm. She burst out crying, saying the taxi she was in got stopped along the main rd in Woodstock. Two guys opened the sliding door, a third went around to the driver and pulled out the keys. The other two got in, pulled out a gun and demanded cellphones and wallets from everyone in the taxi. Luckily she never had her huge purse with her, but had to hand over her phone. Driver got his keys back when they were done.
What is this world coming to man. It wasnt a new or fancy phone, just a plain old LG G3, but jeez man. Her work has now started a whatsapp group due to them might having to work from home, and the phone was one of the must haves. No work, F'all pay
So with this in mind, guys pls be carefull when travelling along the main road leaving town. Some crazy :cr@p: going on there. Now to save up for a new phone :-(
