I bought a new car December and requested the settlement letter for the old car around the 11 December. I paid the balance to the bank and settled fully ... and drove away in the new car.
2 days ago I see a debit order off for the old car - could this be an error ?
Surely when you request the settlement letter and settle, that's everything till that date?
I have asked them but they'll only be back at work tomorrow. Just curious in the meantime
