Decent quality / lowish cost Blutooth car handfree devices

Anyone care to recommend a lowish-price, decent quality Bluetooth hands-free car kit.

I've seen the ones that attach to the sun visor.

Preferably a model that I can wire into the car's electrical system so there are no flat batteries to worry about.

Any advice will be appreciated.
