Denon 2400h - sub not playing

Hi guys. I have a Denon 2400h that I have had for a year. It has worked well, and I had no issues with it. I recently connected a projector, but I was not getting signal. I sent it in for repairs. That is now fine, but the Amp was reset.

The projector now works fine. I however now have another issue. My sub is suddenly not playing. I think it is a setting issue.

Any idea what could be the problem, and what I can do to fix this.
