Bought my son a Christmas present from the US (upgraded laptop ram). I saw DHL e-commerce as a shipping option which was way cheaper than DHL express. Long story short I am still waiting for the package to arrive (was due by 12 Jan latest). Turns out dhl e-commerce is a courier program where they use local postal service to get the package from the store to dhl, then dhl ships the package (on a ship, not air freight) to the destination country at which point they then hand it over to the local postal service to deliver. Needless to say I?m not expecting delivery from SApost...ever.
Just a word of warning..just because it says dhl doesn?t mean it?s door to door unfortunately.
