Difference in sound between 2 AVRs

I use my AVRs pretty much as sound processors now with power amps. One amp is a sr6013 the other a sr5013. There is quite a big difference for me in the same setup using preouts from the 2 different amplifiers.

To test I put them on top of each other and just swapped the power amp rca between them.

Shouldnt it sound pretty much identical?
