Digikey - Do not want to sell wandboards to me.

Due to everybody's excellent references on Digikey I decided to order a few wandboards from them. I created an account and I can add the enclosures and antennas to my order but when trying to add a Wandboard I get the following:

Due to U.S. export controls, we are unable to add this item to your order.

Any suggestions?
