Does anyone else prefer ?Direct or Pure Direct? for music (2.1).
I find other options (stereo/virtual what what/etc.) puts a lot of colouring to the sound. Also add +3db which I find unnecessary
At least to my ears, Direct / Pure Direct modes have none of that colouring.....more natural and pure as I would imagine it?s how the music was recorded.
Other than movies, I don?t use the other options available on the AVR for music settings.
