Stressed out with a purchase of Denon AVR 4810. Bought it second hand, so it's out of warranty.
Had it for 3 weeks thus far and last week it started acting up. No overheating issues...I've read about the red ring on power led which blinks and switches itself off as protection; so nothing like that.
Last Friday whilst watching TV, it started hissing and crackling, but once it starts, the distortion goes linear across all speakers. have to switch it off quickly before it gets too loud and damages my speaker.
So has anyone experienced something like this on any AVR.
Next step, find a recommended repairer for Denon AVRs.
