Hi, im busy with a design of a chassis. Its based on the Deluxe 5U Chassis. It will not include heatsink or the front panel,
The chassis will include the following
1 x aluminum/mild steel back panel 2mm thick. Will have XLR jack or an RCA-in-XLR-format jack so you can easily use either XLR or RCA
2 x aluminum top/bottom covers, maximally vented with 6 rows of venting strips, to provide an ideal balance between airflow and stiffness
1 x galvanized steel perforated inner baseplate and 1.5mm thick which is laser punch with a pattern of holes allowing for easy mounting as well as less flex hole patterns are 10x10
2 x galvanized side mounting angles. These can be use with your choice of heatsink to make up the height you need. 1.5mm thick laser punch and cnc bent
All mounting screws and plastic feet.
Panel will be powder coated for steel and anodized if aluminum
Both black only.
Ill update pics tomorrow and some cad drawing.
I will need 10 or more people the make this happen.
I'll do the laser cutting and bending, just the anodizing and powder coating will be outsourced.
Regards
Craig
