So I got these drivers about a while back and started the project in late 2013 and finished in early 2014.
It did not turn out as good as the 240L I built in 2013.
Putting this up now as I understand some might be interested...
First I checked the theory - two of these put out quite a bit of noise :thumbs:
Based on that I came up with a basic design
I had 25mm Okume marine ply left over from the 240L build but it was not enough. I landed up getting some 12mm that glued together.
I decided to change the baffle a little as I was initially planning on using bolts with inserts (like I did with the 240L box).
With the previous attempt the inserts were awfully close to the edge and did not need to be. So I decided to give them a few extra mm.
Here you can see the 25mm Okume in the middle with the 2x 12mm adds on in different size cut outs.
The ply count was not the same but I figured it would still be plenty strong.
