I have a simple DIY question.
Am in 1st floor apartment, and am looking to seal the concrete corridor/walkway/passage, - as it is suspected that moisture is seeping in through the slab, into the downstairs apartment.
Apologies for this question, would have gone to the local 'Jacks Paints' - but just missed them by a whisker.
Also need to prep the Agenda for a meeting with the Chairlady on Monday morning, & as far as possible, - would like to get all my ducks in a row.
ps: the passage is un-tiled or treated (as far as i know) - and looking for a top-notch, breatheable, outdoor, water-proof, non-slip sealer. >> :nfi:
