Have you paid, or will you pay a bribe when you stand to benefit?
Let's say a traffic officer pulls you over for something that's clearly nonsense, will you give him the R50 or R100 he really wants or go through the hassle of accepting and fighting the fine?
Or will you rather stand in line for a day with no guarantee you'll get a new drivers license than pay someone R200 or whatever to do it through "connections"
What about a guaranteed million Rand contract in exchange for a mere R50k or so?

All hypothetical of course...this kind of thing never really happens >
