I still don’t understand what all the fuss is about. AVE stated clearly that “grey” products are Sold with a warranty & service.

If it has to has to be shipped back to manufacturer then it will be on AVE cost.

This video was more about throwing shade & trying to convince the masses not to support grey products. Which in my opinion went horribly wrong.
