Awhile ago I decided to clean out the S4 with compressed air. It started with fluff or something in the USB port. Air in the port worked well......but NOT over the speaker grill. I ended up with scratchy sound at higher volumes. Ordered a spare yesterday and it arrived a few minutes ago. Playing like a dream again
