I've seen many reports that in Gauteng the online booking system is not working perfectly, lots of complaints.
I tried to phone my local traffic department in the Free State, but never manages to get through. I want to renew my driving license but do not know if the Free State also have a online booking system, or can you just go in like normally with your ID photos etc like you would have before Covid?
