Still having issues. In short: Some Boxoffice movies only have left-channel audio.
1. Tested on Explora - problem with some movies, others are OK;
2. Tested on HD 2P decoder - same issue;
3. Asked a colleague to check - same issue.
4. Tuner status shows all three tuners on the Explora have fine signal strength and quality.
If you have Boxoffice access and are using a decent HT system, please check for me:
1. Open Boxoffice, open the trailer for "Scully" and check if all audio channels are present;
2. Kindly do the same for "Star Trek"
I have seen that the DSTV pre-trailer clip has normal audio. When the trailer itself opens, there is only a left channel. The actual movie then has the same issue. DSTV has been unable to find a solution since Nov. 2016.
