DSTV PVR HDD too hot to play recorded videos

I had this error showing up tonight and the wife wanted to watch 'Project Runway'.  The fan started making some rumbling noises a few days ago.  I decided to open it, dust all over the system, good ******** and then some Q20 on the bearings of the fan.  Hunky dory again.  Of course device is out of warranty else I would not do this.

The noted (1) is where the fan goes on rubber mounting pegs
