I have the DSTV HD PVR 1 (4 tuner) connected to my ONKYO SR608 and it works well except when I pause live TV on the HD channels. After I resume playback, the amp is "stalling" and seems like the signal is confused (stuttering) and I cannot get the stream to play again.

What should I do to get pause and play to work again ?

If I pause and playback anything on the ON DEMAND menu, it works perfectly.
