eBay Global Shipping Program

Hi all. Anyone used it before? Program which takes care of all import / shipping / customs charges upfront. Initially I was skeptical but having read up a bit looks like it's run by Pitney Bowes. I recently ordered something for my missus from Saks 5th Avenue in NY which also came via Pitney Bowes....took 4 days to my door, no additional costs.

Was interested to hear if anyone use the program via eBay and how it went.
