Does anyone know how to determine what part of power consumed in an LED (for illuminating purposes) is lost as heat, and how much is converted to light? I found this Wikipedia page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Energy_conversion_efficiency, but there is a note pointing out the incompleteness of the info there.
