Hi guys ,hope all the knowledgable get to read and advise on this.
I registered my business efilling under a certain accounting firm 2yrs ago ,so basically I have no access to the login details and I now want total and absolute control over my efilling profile,the plan is my wife gets to take care of all the books as she is now a qualified accountant.
The problem is my current accountant wont release the profile, shes either not in or she will do it later ,but that day never comes,
My question is ,how do I take it away from her ,considering SARS themselves are useless at times if it's not time for them to collect ,I haven't read ,heard or watched a video that explains in detail what steps I need to take in situations like this.
If any1 knows or has any sort of detailed info please send me a link or explain how to go about it,I would really appreciate it.
