Big wind storm took out trees and power early hours of Thursday.
Power eventually back on at 5.30pm.
Off again right after midnight. Only our (Shared) property, with a transformer outside. Try explaining that to the call centre, which is operating without a computer system. Getting through is a mystery since you can't punch in a 7 digit fault code. They issue manual codes of 3 or 4 digits. Worked out that any 7 will do.
Tech arrives at 7pm. Says a wire is loose. Ask him how and why. Nada. Replaces fuse.
Power for Saturday. Off at 11am on Sunday. Several calls later techs arrive around 6pm. Cable fault is the issue, so fuses will blow. They'll fix the cable and come back in a few hours.
Yeah right!
I call. The cable fault was referred back to the depot. On the 3rd call it is made clear that the depot is off ice hours only and join the queue bud.
But since I've been pestering a tech is on the way to put a new fuse for a temporary fix.
That was at 7.11am.
And the power will go off again.... :walled:
